Two warrant contracts of Arcona Property Fund N.V. have expired

Arcona Property Fund N.V. (the Fund) – a listed fund that invests in commercial real estate in Central Europe, announces that two warrant contracts, issued in 2019 for a total of 144,264 shares in the Fund, have expired and will not be converted into new shares in the Fund.

The warrant issued on November 1, 2019, expired on November 1, 2024, at 18:00 CET. This warrant gave the right to acquire 77,201 shares immediately following the tenth trading day on which the shares of the Fund were traded on a regulated market and for which the volume- weighted average price of a share in the Fund was EUR 8.10 or higher.

The warrant issued on December 5, 2019, also expired on November 1, 2024, at 18:00 CET. This warrant gave the right to acquire 67,063 shares immediately following the tenth trading day on which the shares of the Fund were traded on a regulated market and for which the volume-weighted average price of a share in the Fund was EUR 8.10 or higher.

The dividend policy of the Fund is to aim to pay out ca. 35% of the annual operational profit as dividend. This annual distribution may be replaced or supplemented by specific share buyback programmes as approved by shareholders in a General Meeting.
