Resolutions AGM Arcona Property Fund N.V.

Arcona Property Fund N.V. – a listed fund that invests in commercial real estate in Central Europe – held its General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on June 27, 2023.
During this meeting, the shareholders adopted the following resolutions:
- The annual accounts for the 2022 financial year have been adopted;
- No discharge has been granted to the management for the policy pursued;
- Discharge has been granted to the Supervisory Board for its supervision;
- 60,976 shares have been cancelled.
