Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Arcona Property Fund N.V.

Arcona Property Fund N.V. (the Fund), a listed fund specialized in commercial real estate in Central Europe, invites shareholders and others entitled to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) to be held on Wednesday 20 December at 15:00
During the EGM, the Fund will provide an update on the reverse bookbuilding programme. In addition a proposal will be made regarding the strategy for the future. The proposed strategy has been developed in consultation with the Supervisory Board and the major shareholders of the Fund.
The details of this proposal are further explained in the Notes to the Agenda which are published on the website of the Fund.
