Arcona Property Fund N.V.: phase 1 SPDI concludes in October

Arcona Property Fund N.V., the listed fund that invests in commercial real estate in Central Europe, expects the first phase of the acquisition of the assets of Secure Property Development & Investments (SPDI) to be completed in October 2019.

The completion was delayed by the formal approval for the extension of one of the bank loans.

The dividend policy of the Fund is to aim to pay out ca. 35% of the annual operational profit as dividend. This annual distribution may be replaced or supplemented by specific share buyback programmes as approved by shareholders in a General Meeting.
