Arcona Property Fund N.V. extends loan

Arcona Property Fund N.V., the exchange-listed fund that invests in commercial property in Central Europe, has extended a loan of EUR 2.0 million ending on 23 June 2019 until 30 September 2019.

The loan was provided to Arcona Property Fund in 2017 for the purchase of the Maris office building in Szczecin in Poland. The interest rate of the loan becomes 9.0% (was 6.0%). The loan will be repaid when a number of loans in the third quarter of 2019 will be refinanced.

The dividend policy of the Fund is to aim to pay out ca. 35% of the annual operational profit as dividend. This annual distribution may be replaced or supplemented by specific share buyback programmes as approved by shareholders in a General Meeting.
