Arcona Property Fund N.V. cancels meeting

In connection with announced measures by the Dutch government in relation to the Coronavirus, it has been decided not to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on March 19, 2020. Arcona Property Fund N.V. will inform its shareholders via the website around March 19, 2020 and provide an update on the current state of affairs.
The annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) will be convened for a date yet to be determined. The notice for the AGM will be published in accordance with the applicable rules.
