Arcona Capital intends to appoint two new directors

Arcona Capital Fund Management B.V. announces its intention to appoint two new directors. The appointment of the two new board members is subject to approval of the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
After the approval of the AFM, the Board of Arcona Capital Fund Management B.V. will consist of four directors.
Arcona Capital Fund Management also announces that Mr. H. H. Visscher has accepted a position elsewhere and will retire as director as from 1 September 2022. The Board of Directors would like to thank Hilbert Visscher for his drive and commitment to the interests of investors and his contribution to important developments within Arcona Capital in recent years. The management wishes him every success in his new challenge.
